Regarding out-of-stock notifications after purchase

Our store does not sell products from stock, but rather sells them on a made-to-order basis. Therefore, our inventory is highly fluid, and it is possible that a product may be out of stock after you have made a purchase. Please note this in advance. Because these are overseas products, BELTIES conducts strict inspections. If we find a defect in a product and repurchase it, we will deliver other products first.

If the product is returned to our store due to "unknown name"

Since we ship from overseas, your full name will be required when passing through customs.
