Customer Harassment Policy

Introduction

At BELTIES, we strive to provide honest and courteous service to our customers, with the goal of "enjoying Apple Watch more freely." We strive to provide products and services that satisfy all our customers.

On the other hand, in order to maintain a safe and secure working environment for our staff, we may consider the following behaviors to be "customer harassment" and take appropriate action as necessary.


Any act that constitutes customer harassment

  • Intimidating or aggressive behavior, or statements that deny a person's character

  • Repeated verbal abuse, name-calling, or unprovoked reprimands

  • Excessive demands for refunds, compensation, and returns that deviate from socially accepted standards

  • Persistent and excessive contact, including outside of business hours

  • Any act that damages the reputation of our staff or our store (such as slander on social media or reviews)

  • Unreasonable demands for apologies (e.g., dogeza, indefinite apologies, etc.)


Our store's policy

If any behavior that constitutes customer harassment is confirmed, we may take the following measures.

  • Stop responding to the customer or limit the means of contact (such as stopping email replies)

  • Suspension of future transactions and use

  • Consultation and reporting to external organizations such as lawyers, police, and the Consumer Affairs Agency

  • Legal action as necessary (civil lawsuits, criminal charges, etc.)


Examples of customer harassment

■ Intimidating and overbearing behavior, such as statements that cause fear or mental distress, such as "Don't mess with me," "I'll sue you," and "Give me my money back."

■ Unreasonable or excessive demands <br data-start="840" data-end="843">Forcing refunds or compensation without regard for product specifications or return rules.

■ Persistent contact or harassment <br data-start="890" data-end="893">Sending multiple emails or SMS in a short period of time, or repeatedly contacting outside of business hours.

■ Social intimidation/forced evaluation: Statements that exert undue pressure, such as "I'll expose you on social media" or "I'll take you to the consumer center."

■ Prolonged detention or unreasonable demands for apologies <br data-start="1012" data-end="1015">Sending long, emotional emails in succession or repeatedly demanding unnecessary apologies.

At BELTIES, we strive to provide honest service in accordance with our user guide so that all customers can enjoy shopping with peace of mind.

If you have any complaints or concerns about our response, please contact your local consumer affairs center or other public institution.
Our store will also respond sincerely to any inquiries or instructions from consumer centers and other organizations.

We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that we can operate our stores in a safe environment for all customers and staff.
