[Order process]

*Please note that as the product is sourced from overseas, it will take approximately 7 to 14 days for delivery after receiving your shipping request.
*Please allow sufficient time for your order to be shipped.
*Please note that in rare cases it may take more than two months.

Customers who purchase from BELTIES can rest assured that we thoroughly inspect and safely repackage our products to minimize any issues with overseas products.

[Payment Methods]
We accept credit card payments, Apple Pay, Rakuten Pay, PayPay, Merpay, Paidy, au PAY, d-payment, deferred payment (convenience store/bank ATM), and atone next month payment (convenience store/direct debit).
Payment will be confirmed at the time of ordering the product.

[Points to note before shipping]
Please note that in the event of a large number of orders, product delivery status, delivery company busy periods, the New Year holidays, or bad weather, delivery and traffic conditions may delay delivery by approximately one month.

We do not accept orders or ship on weekends, public holidays, or long holidays (New Year's holidays, Chinese New Year, Golden Week, Obon, etc.). Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you of the tracking number via email.

Please note that shipping may be delayed due to reasons such as a busy warehouse or delivery delays caused by the delivery company. You cannot choose the delivery company.

If you do not receive an order completion email:

There may be an error in the email address you registered when placing your order, or the email may have ended up in your spam folder, so please check your spam folder.

When we contact you, we will send it from info@belties.shop , so please specify the domain.

Additionally, it is not uncommon for carrier/iCloud.com domains to be flagged as spam by carrier/Apple and not even be sent in the first place.

*Customers using email addresses with the extension "~@ezweb.ne.jp" or "~@au.com" may not receive emails from us.
The cause is thought to be an extension of au's spam filter function. If you are not receiving the email, please check the following:

- Check the "Always receive" box in your receiving list settings and set it up so that you can receive emails from info@belties.shop .

・If you do not receive the email, try changing the level of "Spoofing Protection".
For instructions on how to set this up, please see the spoofing restrictions on the official au website.
Also, please add info@belties.shop to your "Specified Receiving List Settings (Allow spoofing and forwarding emails)."

●Purchase price
*The total purchase amount must be 1,500 yen or more.

●Specifying a delivery date and time We do not offer delivery date and time specifications.

●We will deliver your order as quickly as possible, aiming for it to arrive within approximately 1 to 2 weeks.

[Long-term absence/refusal to receive]
If you are not at home, Sagawa Express will contact you with a notice of absence. You will be asked to request redelivery yourself using the notice of absence.

If the product is returned due to reasons such as the customer being absent for an extended period of time, refusal to accept delivery, or an unknown address, we will be unable to accept cancellations or refunds.
If you would like to have the item redelivered, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling fees associated with returning the item.

*If the shipping address is incorrect, the package will be returned as the address is unknown.
*Additional fees will be charged for re-shipping.
*Reshipment will be by cash on delivery.

[Regarding returns]

Please note that we cannot accept returns/exchanges in the following cases:

・Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience (color, size, different from what you expected, etc.)
- Products that have been received more than 5 days ago - Products that have not been returned within 10 days of receiving the product - Products that show signs of use, or products that have been altered, washed or cleaned - Products that have acquired odors, stains or scratches while in the customer's possession - Products without tags - Sale items - Lucky bag items - Products whose packaging has been lost or discarded - Products that have been returned without prior notice - Products that have been requested to be picked up by the delivery company without prior notice to us - Products that have been damaged during installation In the cases mentioned above, we will not be able to exchange or exchange the product under any circumstances.
We cannot accept any cancellations, changes, exchanges, or returns due to customer convenience.
Customer errors in operation and duplicate purchases made at the customer's discretion also fall under customer reasons.
Please check carefully to ensure there are no errors in your order before purchasing.

■If you receive a defective product or a product that is different from what you ordered

If the delivered product is found to be defective or is different from the product you ordered, we will either return it or exchange it for the same product, depending on the circumstances.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for defective products unless you contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.
Please contact us as soon as possible to check for any initial defects.

If you would like to exchange or return an item, please specify which option you would like and contact us at " info@belties.shop " with the photo below attached.

Once we have confirmed the defective or incorrect product, we will inform you of the return method, etc.
We will then send you a replacement or refund once we receive the shipping number for the returned item.

In the case of an exchange, it may take 10 days to 2 weeks for the item to be re-delivered. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will proceed with the refund process.


[Cancellation due to our circumstances]
We take great care when listing our products, but there may be cases where the item is out of stock. In that case, we will contact you by email.

We will contact you regarding out-of-stock items as soon as we receive a stock status report from the manufacturer (usually within 10 business days, but there may be delays due to manufacturer circumstances).

If the item is in stock, we will not notify you that it is in stock.

Please note that even if an item is in stock, it may be out of stock if a defect is found during inspection.

[About cancellations]
Once payment is completed, cancellation is not possible.
In addition, we do not accept any changes, additions, or cancellations to products after an order has been completed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size changes, different colors, different images, or actual measurements.
