The screws are very small and the included screwdriver is not magnetic, so they are easy to lose when removing. Please be careful when working.

- When removing it, it is safer to use tweezers or similar tools.

- When tightening the screws, make sure that the screws are at a straight angle to the holes. Tightening at an unnatural angle may damage the screw holes.

- Make sure the case you are using is the right size for your Apple Watch.

- Make sure that the position of the buttons on the silicone case matches exactly with the buttons on the device.

・The back cover also has a specific orientation when attached. Please refer to the included manual for details.

If the above does not resolve the issue, try replacing the silicone case with a new one.

・If the crown does not come out straight from the case, it may be because the silicone case is not attached correctly, or there may be a problem with the orientation of the back cover or the way the screws are tightened. Please check the attachment state.

- Due to the product's structure, the crown may be slightly tilted, but this alone does not constitute a defective product.

- If the strap is loose, the locking mechanism may not be working properly.

- There are two levers that move up and down at the connection between the case and strap; when you push them towards the case, it unlocks, and when you push them towards the strap, it locks.

When you push the strap in, you will hear a click, indicating that it is attached correctly.

- Please rest assured that any damage to the buckle or lock due to an initial defect is covered by the warranty.
