[Notice] Regarding rust on magnetic bands and BELTIES' efforts

To ensure a stylish and comfortable fit, some of the bands at BELTIES use powerful neodymium magnets. While these magnets have extremely high magnetic force, due to the characteristics of the material, they are prone to rusting if exposed to moisture or sweat for extended periods of time .

On rare occasions, we receive inquiries about rust appearing on the magnet part, but this is a phenomenon specific to neodymium magnets and is not a product defect but rather is due to the inherent properties of the material .

• The magnet part is coated to prevent corrosion as much as possible .

• The exterior of the band is also covered with a waterproof and durable material to protect it from moisture .

• We work closely with our manufacturing plants to continually discuss and improve the strength of our rust prevention processes and materials .

• We strive to further improve our quality based on the feedback we receive from our customers.

To ensure a longer and more comfortable use of your watch, please pay attention to the following points:

1. If it gets wet, immediately wipe off the moisture with a soft cloth.

2. Please refrain from using the product in situations where it may come into contact with water or sweat, such as when exercising, bathing, or washing your hands.

3. After use, store in a well-ventilated place and allow to dry thoroughly.

4. We recommend simple maintenance such as regularly removing dirt with a soft cloth or brush.

Rust on the metal parts may occur due to the components of your sweat if you use the product for a long period of time.
This varies greatly from person to person depending on constitution and living environment, and even the same product may rust more easily depending on the nature of sweat.

Although BELTIES takes every possible measure to prevent rust, we ask for your understanding that it is technically difficult to fully adapt to the sweat habits of all customers .
