[How to order]

*Please note that it will take about 7 to 14 days to ship after receiving your shipping request, as the item is sourced from overseas.
*Please allow plenty of time for your order to be shipped, so please order well in advance.
*Please note that in rare cases it may take more than two months.

Customers who purchase from BELTIES can shop with peace of mind knowing that we thoroughly inspect and safely repackage our products to ensure that there are as few problems as possible with overseas products.

[Payment Method]
We accept credit card payments, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Rakuten Pay, PayPay, Merpay, Paidy, au PAY, and dPayment.
Payment will be confirmed at the time of ordering the product.

[Points to note before shipping]
Please note that in the event of a large number of orders, product delivery status, delivery company busy periods, the year-end and New Year holidays, or inclement weather, delivery and traffic conditions may delay delivery by around one month.

We do not accept orders or ship on weekends, national holidays, or long holidays (New Year's holidays, Chinese New Year, Golden Week, Obon, etc.). After shipping, we will notify you of the tracking number by email.

Shipping may be delayed due to a busy warehouse, delivery delays caused by the delivery company, etc. Please note that you cannot choose the delivery company.

If you don't receive an order completion email:

There may be an error in the email address you registered when placing your order, or the email may have ended up in your spam folder, so please check your spam folder.

When we contact you, we will send it from info@belties.shop , so please specify the domain.

Additionally, it is not uncommon for emails from the carrier/iCloud.com domain to be flagged as spam by the carrier/Apple and never sent in the first place.

If you would like your order resent, please contact us and we will re-register your order with a different address.

★Free shipping for purchases over 3,000 yen

*We cannot ship to Okinawa Prefecture or remote islands. Please note that your order will be automatically cancelled.

*The total purchase amount must be 1,500 yen or more.

●Specifying a delivery date and time We do not offer delivery date and time specifications.

●We will deliver as soon as possible, with the estimated delivery time being approximately 1 to 2 weeks.

●We cannot ship to a recipient's company name, so please enter a personal name when ordering.

[Long-term absence/refusal to receive]
If you are not at home, Sagawa Express will notify you by sending an absence notice. Please use the absence notice to request redelivery yourself.

In addition, if more than 7 days have passed since the shipping date, the product will be automatically returned to our overseas warehouse and the order will be canceled.
If the product is returned to us for reasons of your own convenience, we will refund you the product price minus the cost of round-trip shipping and handling, as the invoice has already been finalized at the time of shipment.

*If the shipping address is incorrect, the package will be returned as the address is unknown.
*Additional fees may apply for reshipment.
*Reshipment will be by cash on delivery.

If you cancel due to your own reasons (long absence, incorrect address), we will restrict your payment method. Please collect your ordered items within the specified period.

[About returns]

Please note that we cannot accept returns/exchanges in the following cases:

・Returns and exchanges due to the nature of overseas products ・Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience (color, size, different from what you expected, etc.)
・Items that have been received more than 5 days ago・Items that are not returned within 10 days of receiving the item・Items that show signs of use, or that have been altered, washed or cleaned・Items that have acquired odors, stains or scratches while in the customer's possession・Items without tags・Sale items・Lucky Bag items・Items whose packaging has been lost or discarded・Items that have been returned without prior notice・Items that have been requested to be picked up by the delivery company without prior notice to us・Items that have been damaged during installationIn the event of any of the above, we will not be able to accept any exchanges for the item.

■ If you receive a defective product or a product that is different from the one you ordered

If the delivered product is found to be defective or is different from the product you ordered, we will accept a return or exchange for the same product, depending on the circumstances.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for defective products unless you contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.

*We cannot accept requests for returns or exchanges without attached images.

Once we have confirmed the defective or incorrect item, we will inform you of the return method, etc.
We will send you a replacement item or refund once we receive the shipping number for the returned item.

In the case of an exchange, it may take 10 days to 2 weeks for redelivery. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will proceed with the refund process.


[Cancellation due to our circumstances]
We take great care when listing our products, but there may be cases where we run out of stock. In that case, we will contact you by email.

We will contact you as soon as possible regarding out-of-stock items as soon as we receive a report of the stock status from the manufacturer. (Usually within 10 business days, but there may be delays due to manufacturer reasons.)

If the item is in stock, we will not notify you that it is in stock.

Please note that even if an item is in stock, if a defect is found during inspection, it may be out of stock.

[About cancellations]
Once payment has been completed, cancellation is not possible.
In addition, we do not accept any changes, additions, or cancellations to products after an order has been completed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size changes, different colors, different images, or actual measurements.
